Babatunde Fagbemi (MD/CEO) - Babatunde Fagbemi has worked in the Aviation Industry for a period in excess of 20 years. He started his career as a trainee economic and financial Analyst and became a Chartered Accountant with the International firm of Ernst & Young in 1984 where he was responsible for the Air Transport & Maritime Consulting and Financial Advisory services. Tunde Fagbemi is a Chartered Accountant, Transport infrastructure, Economics and Finance expert, with specialization in Aviation and Transport infrastructure. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics, Chartered Institute of Management Consultants and Chartered Institute of Marketing.

He has been involved in several Projects ranging from Economic and Financial Reviews, Business Re-engineering, Institutional Reforms, Demand Analysis, Corporate Assessment as Project Leader for Clients ranging from Federal Ministry of Transport (FMOT), Federal Ministry of Aviation (FMA), Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), The Presidency, Office of the Special Adviser to Mr. President on Privatization, Lagos State Government, Ekiti State Government, Niger State Government etc.

Olatokunbo Adenike Fagbemi (Executive Director) - Tokunbo is the first Nigerian to be fully qualified and chartered as an International Airport Consultant. She holds an MBA from the prestigious, University of Nevera, Spain. For her first degree she holds a Pharmacy degree but converted by being first a consultant and attending prestigious schools such as Cranfield University (UK) and Harvard University where she undertook the Nigeria Infrastructure program and also attended the Lagos Business School (LBS).
She is also a client relationship manager and principal contact for over six digits clients especially, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Nigerian Airspace Management Authority (NAMA), Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO), SAHCOL and Nexus Aviation Limited.

Bosede Olubunmi Owolabi (Executive Director) - Ms Owolabi has been working in the aviation industry for over 11yrs now. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She has carried out various financial services for the Nigerian Domestic Aviation Handling Company (NIDAH); some of which are Budget Preparation, Private Placement, Systems Documentation and Review for SAHCOL. Ms Owolabi has an M.Sc in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University (UK) and also a degree in Senior Management from LBS (Lagos Business School) and is currently leading the team in the Minna Airport Project.

Fatai Akanji Shittu (Chief Finance Officer) - Fatai Akanji Shittu (B.Sc, ACA, IAP,) is a graduate of Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife Osun State in 1989. He is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate member of the Institute since 1991. He is a pioneer Certified International Airports Professional. He has vast experience in Manufacturing, Consulting and Auditing environment. He has worked in Nigerdock Nigeria Limited, a foremost Shipbuilding and servicing Company for close to 15 years and left as the Chief Accountant – Management Accounts. He has also worked in Alpha Consortium Limited, a Consultancy firm operating in Power, Oil & Gas, Solar Alternate Energy, Waste, etc. He has attended various training programmes both within and outside Nigeria. He attended a Quality Audit training programme organised by SGS Ltd, a certification agency in South Africa, and also attended a seminal on “Managing People for Strategic Advantage” organised by the Lagos Business School (Pan African University). He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Maevis Limited.

Ernest Edgar – Head, e-payment and Treasury - Prior to joining Maevis, Ernest has almost 12 years of banking experience serving the last 8 years with Ecobank Nigeria Plc. Where he worked at various departments-Retail, Branch Management, Transactions Banking Group-Electronic Banking/global Cash Management. He is experienced in credit risk management, infrastructure finance and development, treasury operations and marketing, e-commerce product development and process analysis. Ernest was the Pioneer Product Manager of “Nigeria’s First Naira Credit Card” and left Ecobank as Regional Head, Transaction Banking Group Apapa Region. Ernest is currently a post graduate student in Development Finance (MDevf) at the University of Stellenbosch Business School Cape town (South Africa), Professional Member, Cranfield Management Association (The alumni body of Cranfield School of Management UK). He has also attended courses on Airport Management and Planning in Changi Int’l Airport, Singapore and holds an MBA (Accounting & Finance) from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ogun State and B.Sc. (Hons) Economics from the University of Ibadan. Ernest is the head of e payments and treasury with responsibilities for revenue collection and deployment of e solutions. He studied Economics from University of Ibadan and had previously worked in the banking industry. He joined Maevis from Ecobank Plc where he had responsibilities for collections nationwide and had also done branch management.

Lara Falase – Company Secretary - Mrs Falase obtained an LL.B from the University of Ibadan and proceeded to Queen Mary University of London where she obtained an LL.M. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators UK (ACIS), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (ACIArb) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigeria. She has attended various courses within and outside the country and she is currently undergoing a training Programme as an Airport Manager with the Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme (AMPAP).

Wemimo Oluwalade – Head, Credit Control - Wemimo heads the Credit Control and Internal Control units of Maevis. He is a graduate of Accounting from Ogun State University, Ago –Iwoye and a chartered accountant. He obtained a master’s degree in Energy Studies with specialisation in Energy Finance from the Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Dundee, Scotland in 2007.
He had previously worked with Zenith Bank Plc and Skye Bank Plc between 2000 and 2009 where he covered various responsibilities including   Internal Control and Audit, Credit Risk Management, Banking Operations, Business development and advisory in Infrastructure, Power and Public Private Partnership transactions.
